Part (B)# Juststart your Goals:

I pick Agricultural Officer to Start my Goal from Part A that i really want to developed into SMART Goals.

TASK:

Learning
Confidence
Communication,or speaking skill.

a) What is the project/goal that you have worked on in yourself#juststart project?

Ans: The biggest project for me is to achieve my goal. I have to focus on the things that will help me into achieve my goal. I want to improve my learning skill because this is very essential to getting ir achieve anything what you want.

b) Why do you have this goal?

Ans: Because I am in the field of Soil Science i thought that learning something is important to move forward.

c) What were the challenges that you’ve faced in the past toward achieving this?

Ans: I worked on my own personality and figure out what were the challenges that i faced.Some Challenges i would like to mention.

Less confidence level

Not much talkative

Lazyness

Team task challenges

Poor communication.

d) What was your experience completing these tasks during the week?

Ans: The best experience is if you trust yourself you can do anything.Be humble,be polit.Don’t wast your time, Always worked hard.Remove your hasitation.Be confident about the way you are.

e) What were the challenges that you faced this time?

Ans: Now this time the most challenging thing to manage my time,my expectation towards my goals, manage my activity which i involved already.Lack of confidence. Sometime things are out of control and difficult to manage but it is also a Part of SMART Goals how i am creative toward my work,how i can manage all the things.

f) What did you learn from this experience?

Ans: I learnt my experiences.If you get a good opportunity like Amal Fellowship program. Don’t wast your time you must avail it.These are path ways that willl help you to lead your destination.

g) What are the next steps?

Ans: My next step is to expand my social circle.My intraction towards the people who really want to see me successfull.And enhance my confidence level
